RETURNS AND REIMBURSEMENTS

The duration of eligibility for our reimbursement and exchange policy spans a fortnight. If this fortnight has come to pass since your acquisition, it is with regret that we must convey our inability to provide a complete reimbursement or substitution.

For an item to qualify for a return, it must remain untouched and maintain the same pristine state as when it was originally received, enclosed within its initial packaging.

Certain categories of items fall outside the scope of returnability. Items prone to decay, such as comestible goods, fall within this classification and hence cannot be subject to return.

Furthermore, items that are not returnable include but are not limited to:

– Gift cards
– Select health and personal care items
– Commodities exhibiting conspicuous indications of use
– Unsealed electronic cigarettes, e-liquids, and related accessories
– Items that deviate from their original state, afflicted with impairment or missing components due to origins not linked to us
– Products returned post the 14-day threshold following delivery
In order to facilitate the processing of your return, a receipt or substantiated proof of purchase is necessitated.

Kindly desist from directly returning purchased items to the manufacturer.

Refunds:

Upon reception and scrutiny of your returned item, an email notification will be dispatched to inform you of its arrival, alongside either the acceptance or refusal of your refund request.

Upon sanctioning, your refund will be effectuated, with the credited amount being automatically directed back to your credit card or original mode of payment within a specified timeframe.

Delayed or Absent Refunds:

Items on Sale:

Only items at regular pricing are subject to reimbursement; sale items are exempt from this privilege.

Exchanges:

We solely proffer substitutions for items displaying defects or damages. Should you necessitate an exchange for the identical item, kindly direct your inquiry to [email protected].

Gifts:

In scenarios where an item was designated as a gift at the point of purchase and dispatched directly to you, a credit equivalent to the return’s value will be extended. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift voucher will be dispatched to you.

Should the bestowed item not have been designated as a gift during the acquisition or if the presenter had the package dispatched to themselves for subsequent bestowal to you, a refund will be directed to the gift donor, apprising them of the return.

Return Shipping:

To initiate a product return, please liaise with our customer service team to procure the return address and dispatch the item accordingly.

The responsibility of bearing the shipping expenses for the return rests upon you; the outlays concerning shipping are non-recoupable. Reimbursements will account for the deduction of return shipping costs in instances of refunds.

The timeframe for your exchange item to be received hinges on your place of residence and may vary accordingly.

For high-value item shipments, it is advisable to consider a traceable shipping service or the acquisition of shipping insurance. We do not guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
